Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much is to sign up with ASSIST?
    The price willl depend on specific bank internet shop will conclude the contract. ASSIST will neither charge any additional fees nor take any transaction fees. The bank will charge following fees:
    Sign up fee - 100 - 180 USD. It will include registration of internet shop with VISA, Europay etc.
    Processing Rate - 3-5% of transaction amount (to be discussed with the bank).
    No monthly fee.
    3 to 5 days setle with the bank from authorization date.
  • How long to get started?
    Basically, the 'Getting started' process takes 2 to 6 weeks. Most time consumable process is discussing legal issues and making contract with the bank. Technical side of 'Getting started' usually takes less than a day.
  • What is the legal side of the business?
    To start working with ASSIST and getting money on your account you have to make a contract with one of ASSIST member bank. The contract can be concluded only with legal entities and entrepreneurs registered in Russia.
  • Do you provide merchant accounts to shops outside Russia?
    We do not provide merchant accounts for shops outside Russia due to cross-border issues. Please contact us at registration@assist.ru to receive more detailed info.
  • Can buyers outside Russia pay through ASSIST?
    Yes, they do. If your shop signed up with ASSIST and get started you will be able to serve clients worldwide.
  • What credit cards will be accepted?
    You will be able to accept VISA, JSB, DCI, MasterCard.
    American Express is under way.
  • We, as a shop, forgot the password. What do we do?
    You have to contact ASSIST customer service department by e-mail at support@assist.ru Please notify in the name of the shop and shop ID issued while signed up in the message.
  • We have to return money to the card holder. How we can do it?
    To return money to the card holder (refund) you have to contact ASSIST member bank manager you have contract with. The manager will instruct you complete this procedure.
  • How we can place our shop in the list of ASSIST member shops?
    All shops signed up with ASSIST get on the ASSIST member shop list in case they would not mind. If you signed up with ASSIST and can not find your shop in the list please contact us at support@assist.ru.
